Melissa Mitchell, 1st Vice-President called the meeting to order.
Motion #1 to accept the October 28, 2010 minutes by Fawn Montayne, second by Cindy Price. Motion passed.
Old Business
Laurie Fay has stepped down as 2nd Vice-President. Fawn Montayne has been nominated to take her place.

Motion #1 to accept the Sept. 16, 2010 minutes by Brian Rozmierski, second by Timothy Rozmierski. Motion passed.

Guest speaker – Briana DiBiase, Menands Youth Director, spoke
to the membership about the Menands Halloween party change of venue. Party will be held at the Farmers’
Market grounds instead of the Ganser Smith Park. Briana shared information about the planned festivities.
